 About PSA on PSA

PSA on PSA is here to help men and their loved ones take a more informed, confident approach to prostate health.

It’s a simple idea: encourage open conversations, provide reliable information, and make it easier to take the first step toward screening.

When you take the PSA Pledge, Cleveland Diagnostics will donate to ZERO Prostate Cancer, helping expand access to education, support, and resources. And during Prostate Cancer Awareness Month this September, ZERO will match all donations to double the impact.

 A More Accurate Test
for Prostate Cancer Risk

IsoPSA is a simple blood test for men over 50 years of age with elevated PSA. IsoPSA analyzes the structure of the PSA protein to help clarify whether a high PSA level is likely due to prostate cancer.

“The PSA on PSA campaign is an important reminder for men to take charge of their health and start a conversation about prostate cancer risk. After starting routine screening, men should know an elevated PSA result is common but doesn’t always mean cancer. In those cases, the IsoPSA test can help provide more accurate insight into whether cancer may be present, allowing men and their doctors to decide together what comes next. It’s a better way to navigate a moment that can otherwise be filled with uncertainty.”
